Tuition

Sanderson Wrestling Academy offers either an annual or a seasonal program. Sanderson is not a month-to-month program. When registering for our program, it is a commitment to the season you are participating in. For example:

All Seasons (Annual) September-May or November-May

Pre Season September-October

Spring Season March-May

Summer Season June-July

Can I cancel?

It's expected that ALL wrestlers finish the season they register for. When you register, you are making a commitment to that season or year.

Exceptions are documented injuries (doctor's note) and a family moving.

If you choose to drop out before your season ends, a full month's tuition is required as a cancellation fee.

If you stop attending after the last payment of the season/year has been processed; there are no extra cancellation fees.

*Wrestlers in our program can always count on a spot for the next season. However, if a wrestler leaves before the season concludes, there is no guarantee of a spot in the future.

Coaches Fees

We charge a coaches fee for out-of-state events to ensure we can provide proper coaching support for our wrestlers. These fees directly cover the travel expenses of our coaching staff, including transportation, accommodations, and meals.

We strive to keep these fees as minimal as possible while still covering the necessary costs of bringing our staff to events. Without these fees, we would be unable to maintain the level of coaching and support that our wrestlers deserve when competing away from home.

Examples of events with coaches fee: PNL events, Super 32, Freak Show, Ironman, Doc B, NHSCA, Women's Nationals, US Open/National Showcase, Fargo and any other events we add to the schedule.

These fees typically range from $50 to $100 per wrestler per event. 

Travel Fees

Travel fees are when a wrestler travels with the team - not parents. Travel fees apply to out-of-state events. Travel fees typically include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Airfare/van seat

  • Rental cars and fuel

  • Lodging

*Event registration fees are not included in travel fees. Families are expected to register their athletes for out-of-state events themselves. It is important to pay attention to deadlines and caps, as not all tournaments show a roster of wrestlers prior to closing registration.

If you register for an annual membership, you may receive a discount if the full amount is paid in advance.

PNL Membership Fees

This fee only applies if you attend PNL events. The PNL membership fee will be collected after your wrestler’s first PNL event each season.

  • Jr High and Elementary: $35 (one-time annual payment)

  • High School Girls: $35 (one-time annual payment)

  • High School Boys: $45 (one-time annual payment)
